The client should examine the product on reception for any defects, making note on the delivery note of any defects found on the packaging and immediately informing Mad Lab of said anomalies, so as to comply with and be covered by the conditions of the insurance company.

  1. In order to activate the Returns process the client should send an e mail to indicating the defect suffered by the piece giving as much information as possible, including photographs of said defects.

Product returns will only be accepted in cases of fabrication defect, transport anomaly or prior written consent.
